A light fix to some major bugs with the game.

| Fixed an issue where replaying the game after reaching the end would leave you in a bugged state

| Fixed an issue where after turning the bedroom lights on and entering a new room would break the game.

And some non-bug fixing changes:
| Changed animation speed to match the scalar to movement speed when paranoid.
